Knowledge graph

Macrostrat's knowledge graph links geologic entities in the scientific literature — stratigraphic names, lithologies, intervals, minerals, and their relationships — to Macrostrat's own data. Models extract entities from paper text supplied by xDD; reviewers correct them here.

This is an in-progress research project, kept apart from Macrostrat's core data.
